Last updated: 3 October 2026. These Terms govern your use of https://www.oscarstoreonline.com/, operated by oscarstoreonline, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or use the Site under a parent or guardian. The address and phone number you provide must be complete and correct; we are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

2. Products

We display colours, packaging and descriptions as accurately as possible, but screens vary and brands may update packaging without notice. Small differences that do not affect the product itself are not defects. All products are subject to availability. For branded products, see Policy 6.

3. Pricing

All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. The price at the time you order is the price you pay. If there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The sale is confirmed when we dispatch your item.

For Cash on Delivery, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order.

We may cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, out-of-stock items or repeated failed COD deliveries. Prepaid cancelled orders are refunded in full.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, place fraudulent or repeatedly refused COD orders, copy our content or images for resale elsewhere, or interfere with the Site. We may block access for misuse.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by UAE law, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Your statutory consumer rights in the UAE are not affected. Use products as directed on the packaging; results vary and no result is guaranteed.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai. We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
