Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the courier when your order arrives. Check the outer packaging before paying.
Cards: we accept major debit and credit cards through a secure, PCI-compliant provider on Shopify checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Confirmation: prepaid orders are confirmed on successful payment. COD orders may be confirmed by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Failed payments: if a prepaid payment fails, the order is not confirmed and no amount is captured.
Total: the AED total at checkout is what you pay, plus any shipping fee shown before you confirm.
Note: Safety note: never share card details, OTP codes or bank passwords with anyone on WhatsApp or social media. We will never ask for them.
