1. Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) are normally dispatched the same business day; later orders go out the next business day. Business days exclude UAE public holidays and days our courier does not operate. During sales, dispatch may take one extra business day.

2. Delivery attempts and address

Our courier attempts delivery up to 3 times and usually calls before arrival. Please keep your phone available.

Your address must include Emirate, area, building or villa number, and a reachable UAE mobile number.

If delivery fails 3 times due to a wrong address or unavailability, the order returns to us and re-delivery is charged at the standard shipping fee.

Check the parcel on delivery. If the outer packaging looks damaged, note it with the courier and contact us the same day with photos.

3. Cash on Delivery

Keep the exact order total ready. Our couriers accept cash, and card on delivery where their terminal is available. No advance payment is needed for COD orders within the limits shown at checkout.

4. Tracking and delays

You will receive tracking by SMS, WhatsApp or email once dispatched. If your order is delayed beyond 3 business days, contact us at oscaronline226@gmail.com and we will follow up with the courier.
